Refund Policy, Rescheduling and Class Cancellations We offer a refund of the class fee for cancellations made and confirmed by all students in writing no less than two weeks before the first day of the registered class. However, all cancellations and changes in class schedule are subject to a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee retained by the Imagineering Institute. When cancellations are made less than two weeks before the first day of the registered class, including no-shows, Imagineering Institute will not provide a refund of the class fee, but offers a credit in the same amount (less the $75.00 non-refundable registration fee) applied toward a future Imagineering Institute class, good for one year from the date of the cancellation. No refund will be made after student commences attending class, of any amount or for any reason. While we make every effort to deliver all classes for which we accept registrations, we do reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to circumstances beyond our control, such as unsafe weather events, facilities calamity or acts of governmental authorities in which matters of local or national emergency are invoked. In those events that class are canceled, you will receive a full refund of all class and registration fees paid to us. We are not liable and assume no liablity, for any other expenses you may incur, including travel arrangements.
